How is my product delivered?
Pulsemed Books work closely with J&T courier services to deliver your items. We ensure that we choose the cheapest and fastest delivery service depending on your location.
How fast can the item be shipped?
In most of the times, Pulsemed Books will ship the purchased item 24-48 hours after the payment has been fully processed.
How fast will I get the item?
Our dedicated third party courier service guarantees next day delivery(D+1) in coverage areas. In non coverage areas, 2-3 days standard delivery may apply. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
How do I track my order?
Upon every successful purchase, Pulsemed Books will provide you with the tracking number and link which can be used to track your purchased item.
I did not receive my order yet, What should I do?
Our 3rd party delivery service providers hold full responsibility for your product delivery. In a case of failed delivery I.e the recipient is not available at the delivery address, re-attempts may be made the following day. In rare cases, the item might be held at the nearest post office. In that case, you might have to contact the courier service to claim the item with the tracking number. Once we have handed over your item to the 3rd party delivery service provider, we are not held responsible for any loss/damage to your item.
Can I cancel my order?
No. Once you have gone through the payment process, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can do so at anytime before making the payment by deleting the item form the cart.
I have received the wrong item. Can I ask for a refund?
Yes, you may get a refund for a wrong item. Please refer to our return policy for further details.
The book I am searching for is not available in your website. Can I request for the book?
Yes, certainly we entertain all our customer’s request. You may contact us via Whatsapp or drop us an e-mail we will get back to you with the details.
How long does it take for backordered item to be available?
It takes only 1 day for a backordered item to be available. Only in rare cases that involve main suppliers from overseas will take about 1-2 weeks or even more depending on situations.
Warranties are only provided by certain individual product owners and any form of guarantee will be fulfilled by them. Please do not send your items back to Pulsemed Books for servicing or warranty claims. We’re sorry, but warranty claims can only be done at the respective brand’s service centres. Pulsemed Books does not provide servicing on behalf of customers.
